Abstract
Método de ajuste, de señal medida o de la actividad calculada por el instrumento, o de una curva de calibraciónpredefinida (curva de precalibración) para un ensayo de exploración de coagulación sanguínea, realizado en uninstrumento con reactivos precalibrados, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (i) definir un valor de señal o de actividad estándar para un solo ajustador o para dos ajustadores de calibraciónque tiene una concentración o una actividad predeterminada de un compuesto sometido a ensayo, medir paraeste ajustador (o justadores) la diferencia entre el valor (o valores) de señal o de actividad estándar y el valor (ovalores) de la señal medida por el instrumento o del valor (o valores) de actividad calculado a partir de la curva deprecalibración y, si la diferencia medida tiene un valor aceptable, (ii) ajustar la señal medida por el instrumento o el valor de la actividad calculada por el instrumento o ajustar losvalores de la curva de precalibración de tal manera que el valor de señal medida o de la actividad calculada sobrela curva de precalibración para un solo ajustador o los dos ajustadores se vuelva a llevar a un valor de señal o deactividad idéntico al valor de señal o de actividad estándar determinado en la etapa (i) para un solo ajustador opara cada uno de los dos ajustadores, (iii) aplicar el mismo ajuste que el descrito en (ii) a todas las muestras cuya señal o actividad se mide con dichosreactivos precalibrados.
