Abstract
Un dispositivo de descodificación de habla para descodificar una serial de hablacodificada, en que el dispositivo de descodificación de habla comprende: un medio de separación de corriente de bits para separar una corriente de bits queincluye la serial de habla codificada en una corriente de bits codificados e informaciónsuplementaria de envoltorio temporal, la corriente de bits recibida des de fuera deldispositivo de descodificación de habla; un medio de descodificación central para descodificar la corriente de bits codificadosseparada por el medio de separación de corriente de bits para obtener un componente debaja frecuencia; un medio de transformación de frecuencia para transformar el componente de bajafrecuencia obtenido por el medio central de descodificación en un dominio defrecuencia; un medio de generación de alta frecuencia para generar un componente de altafrecuencia copiando el componente de baja frecuencia transformado en el dominio defrecuencia por el medio de transformación de frecuencia de una banda de bajafrecuencia a una banda de alta frecuencia; un medio de ajuste de alta frecuencia primario para ejecutar en el componente de altafrecuencia generado por el medio de generación de alta frecuencia una parte del procesoque incluye el ajuste de aumento, adicion de ruido y adicion de sinusoides para generaruna serial de salida.
