Abstract
Procedimiento para la elaboración de aleaciones metálicas conteniendo silicocalcio, caracterizado porque se procede por via electrotérmica a partir de mezclas de carburo de calcio, cuarzo y carbón, en donde según se la marcha del horno, se forman escorias de carburo de difícil fusión y porque al lecho de fusión se le agrega 0,1 hasta 0,5 % de espato flúor (fluoruro de calcio) uniformemente distribuido y e manera continua.
