Campo técnico
La invención se refiere, en general, a marcadores de tejido de biopsia. Más específicamente, la invención se refiere además a un marcador de sitio de tejido biocompatible que es visible bajo diversos modos de obtención de imágenes.
Antecedentes
Los avances en las tecnologías de obtención de imágenes médicas modernas tales como obtención de imágenes por rayos X, ultrasonidos o resonancia magnética hacen posible identificar y obtener biopsias de tumores cuando todavía son pequeños. Cuando se trata de un tumor pequeño, especialmente después de que una parte del tumor se haya extraído para biopsia, algunas veces es difícil volver a localizar el tumor en un momento posterior para el tratamiento. Esto es particularmente cierto en el caso de tumores en la mama, en los que la capacidad para visualizar un pequeño crecimiento puede depender del modo en el que la mama se posicione o comprima durante el procedimiento. Además, antes de extirpar quirúrgicamente un tumor, es frecuentemente ventajoso intentar encoger el tumor por quimioterapia o irradiación. Esto es especialmente cierto en el caso de cáncer de mama, en el que la conservación del tejido de mama es una preocupación. El encogimiento del tumor puede dificultar algunas veces que el cirujano localice el tumor.
Una solución a este problema es disponer un marcador dentro de los tejidos diana en el momento de la biopsia que pueda visualizarse bajo una variedad de modalidades de obtención de imágenes para facilitar encontrar el tumor en un momento posterior. Cuando se detecta una masa sospechosa, se toma una muestra por biopsia, frecuentemente, pero no necesariamente, usando un instrumento especializado tal como una aguja de biopsia. La aguja se inserta en la mama mientras que la posición de la aguja se monitoriza usando fluoroscopía, obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas, rayos X, IRM u otras modalidades de obtención de imágenes adecuadas.
En un nuevo procedimiento, llamado biopsia con aguja estereotáctica, la mama se comprime entre las placas de un aparato de mamografía y se toman dos rayos X separados de diferentes puntos de referencia. La posición exacta de la masa o lesión se calcula dentro de la mama. Las coordenadas de la lesión se programan entonces en un aparato estereotáctico mecánico que guía la aguja de biopsia a la lesión.
Independientemente de la técnica de biopsia, el sitio quirúrgico puede necesitar examinarse o accederse para tratamiento quirúrgico de una lesión cancerosa. El tratamiento requiere que el cirujano o radiólogo localice la lesión exactamente y esto puede necesitar hacerse repetidamente durante un periodo de tiempo. Como el tratamiento puede alterar el tejido huésped, la función de un marcador incluso más importante.
La patente de EE.UU. nº 6.725.083 para “Marcadores de sitio de tejido para la obtención de imágenes in vivo” describe marcadores de sitios de biopsia y procedimientos que permiten técnicas de obtención de imágenes convencionales que van a usarse, tales como obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas. Los marcadores de sitios de biopsia tienen alta reflectividad de ultrasonidos debido al alto contraste de la impedancia acústica resultante de poros internos rellenos de gas. Los marcadores pueden tener una superficie no uniforme. La patente desvela el uso de materiales tales como metal, materiales cerámicos, óxidos metálicos, polímero, y materiales compuestos y mezclas de los mismos.
La patente de EE.UU. nº 6.350.244 para “Marcadores bioabsorbibles para su uso en el procedimiento de biopsia” desvela un marcador de tejido de mama que permite que el marcador se quede en su sitio evitando la necesidad de eliminación quirúrgica. Un tipo de marcador toma la forma de esferas huecas hechas de ácido poliláctico rellenas de yodo u otro material radio-opaco para hacerlas visibles bajo rayos X y/o ultrasonidos. Los materiales radio-opacos también son bioabsorbibles. Otro tipo de marcador desvelado es un marcador sólido de material radio-opaco y un material bioabsorbible, previamente mezclados. Los marcadores sólidos también pueden incluir colorantes y materiales radiactivos.
La patente de EE.UU. nº 6.347.241 para “Marcador de sitios de biopsia ultrasónico y detectable por rayos X y aparato para aplicarlo” muestra un marcador de sitios de biopsia de cuerpos pequeños o sedimentos de gelatina que encierran un objeto sustancialmente radio-opaco. Los sedimentos se depositan en el sitio de biopsia por un dispositivo aplicador insertado en el sitio de biopsia. Varios sedimentos de gelatina se depositan a través del tubo. El núcleo radio-opaco en los cuerpos de gelatina es de un material no biológico y estructura que se identifican fácilmente durante observaciones de rayos X.
La patente de EE.UU. nº 6.161.034 para “Procedimientos y preparaciones químicas para el marcado limitado en el tiempo de sitios de biopsia” describe marcadores que permanecen presentes para permitir la detección y localización del sitio de biopsia. Los marcadores son después absorbidos por el huésped. La patente desvela gelatina, colágeno, globos y detectabilidad proporcionada por AgCl; Agl; BaCO3; BaSO4; K; CaCO3; ZnO; Al2O3; y combinaciones de éstos.
La publicación de patente de EE.UU. nº 2006/0079805 para “Marcador de sitios visible bajo múltiples modalidades” describe marcadores de sitios que incluyen bolas o partículas que están unidas entre sí para formar un cuerpo marcador. Las bolas o partículas están hechas de materiales biocompatibles tales como titanio, acero inoxidable o platino. Se describe que las bolas o partículas están unidas entre sí por sinterización o por adhesivo tal como epoxi. Una realización alternativa tiene al menos una cadena continua de alambre de material biocompatible tal como titanio, acero inoxidable, platino, u otro material adecuado, comprimida para formar una masa que se parece a un ovillo de hilo. Otra alternativa es una cápsula resonante, o una varilla con orificios taladrados.
La publicación de patente de EE.UU. nº 2006/0036165 para “Marcadores de sitios de tejido para la obtención de imágenes in vivo” muestra marcadores detectables por ultrasonidos cuyas formas son distintas en una imagen de formas biológicas. Se desvelan diversas formas que incluyen cilindros, bobinas, y otras formas más complejas.
La publicación de patente de EE.UU. nº 225/0234336 para “Aparato y procedimiento para marcar tejido” describe marcadores de biopsia permanentes que soportan la visualización bajo múltiples modalidades tales como IRM, rayos X y ultrasonidos. El marcador tiene un cuerpo hecho de un material de polímero resiliente, preferentemente no absorbible, que es radio-opaco y ecogénico. El material se expande in situ. Los materiales para el marcador incluyen poliacrilatos, etilenoacetatos de vinilo (y otros acetatos de celulosa sustituidos con acilo), poliuretanos, poliestirenos, poli(óxidos de vinilo), poli(fluoruros de vinilo), poli(vinilimidazoles), poliolefinas clorosulfonadas, poli(óxidos de etileno), poli(alcoholes vinílicos) (PVA), politetrafluoroetilenos y nailons, siendo el material preferido poli(alcohol vinílico) (PVA) y derivados alquilados o acilados de los mismos.
La patente de EE.UU. 5.676.146 muestra un implante usado para reparar defectos esqueléticos e irregularidades. El implante es de material de radio-transparente y con un marcador radio-opaco reabsorbible, tal como partículas óseas no desmineralizadas o parcialmente desmineralizadas. Se incluye un componente radio-opaco, que es reabsorbible en su totalidad. Ejemplos de materiales incluyen lámina ósea desmineralizada, partículas, etc., colágeno y derivados de colágeno, plástico tal como copas acetabulares de polietileno.
El colágeno se ha propuesto como material para implantes y se conocen diversos procedimientos de preparación y tipos de materiales. Ejemplos se desvelan en las patentes de EE.UU. nº 5.800.541; 5.162.430; 5.328.955; y 5.475.052
Se cree que la mayoría de los marcadores de tejido conocidos tienen una desventaja porque no son visibles bajo todas las modalidades de obtención de imágenes disponibles. Las características de un marcador que hacen que destaquen bajo rayos X no las hacen necesariamente destacar bajo obtención de imágenes por lRM o por ultrasonidos. Un mecanismo de la técnica anterior para tratar la necesidad de marcadores en modo de obtención de imágenes múltiple es emplear una combinación de estructura metálica y espuma biodegradable para proporcionar visibilidad en obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas, visibilidad en lRM y visibilidad en rayos X. En este caso, la estructura metálica proporciona visibilidad en rayos X y la espuma biodegradable proporciona visibilidad en obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas.
Existe la necesidad de marcadores de sitios hechos de materiales biocompatibles que sean visibles bajo diversos modos de obtención de imágenes para reducir el número de procedimientos a los que deben someterse los pacientes en la detección y tratamiento de cáncer o cualquier enfermedad que requiera el uso de marcadores de tejido. Será una contribución valiosa a la materia un marcador con un diseño simple y que pueda proporcionar biocompatibilidad superior. El documento EP 1 579 878 A1 describe un dispositivo de marcado de cavidad de biopsia que comprende en una disposición una vaina de material bioabsorbible, por ejemplo, espuma de colágeno, y un cuerpo de polímero sintético no absorbible.
Divulgación de la invención
La presente invención proporciona un marcador intracorpóreo para marcar un sitio dentro de tejido vivo de un huésped según la reivindicación 1. En una realización, una espuma biodegradable, tal como espuma de colágeno o espuma de gelatina, se incorpora en un tejido biológico que es susceptible a la calcificación. El marcador de biopsia se implanta para marcar el sitio de biopsia. El material de espuma proporciona visibilidad ultrasónica para acceder al sitio de implantación. El tejido biológico se somete a calcificación en 30 días a 5 años dependiendo de la química del tejido biológico usado. La calcificación generada en el tejido biológico proporciona visibilidad en la obtención de imágenes por resonancia magnética (lRM) y obtención de imágenes por rayos X. Como resultado, el marcador puede localizarse usando obtención de imágenes basada en radiación u obtención de imagen ultrasónica.
Pueden usarse muchos tipos de tejidos implantables para preparar un marcador de biopsia descrito en la presente invención. Los tejidos implantables usados incluyen, pero no se limitan a: tejido de pericardio bovino, tejido dérmico porcino, tejido arterial bovino o porcino, tejido de la pared aórtica porcina y similares. Un tejido que es rico en elastina tal como tejido de la pared aórtica porcina es incluso más preferido. Se cree que el tejido rico en elastina es altamente susceptible a calcificación. También pueden usarse biomateriales que se derivan de la proteína elastina. Se prefiere que el tejido biológico se reticule o estabilice usando glutaraldehído. El tejido reticulado usando 0,2 al 2% de glutaraldehído es incluso más preferido. Además, los componentes biológicos que promueven la calcificación también pueden añadirse al
tejido. Estos aditivos incluyen sustancias bioactivas y no bioactivas como factor de crecimiento óseo, fosfolípidos, polietilenglicol y similares.
En otra realización, un biomaterial basado en proteína elástica se procesa para producir el material que tiene del 60 al 90% de porosidad. El material se procesa adicionalmente para producir la reticulación usando glutaraldehído, clorhidrato de 1-etil-3-[3-dimetilaminopropil]carbodiimida (EDC) u otro reticulador adecuado. La espuma de elastina se implanta entonces como marcador de biopsia experimentando una rápida calcificación. La calcificación se detecta entonces usando técnicas de obtención de imágenes por rayos X o IRM convencionales.
Según una realización, un marcador intracorpóreo marca un sitio dentro de tejido vivo de un huésped. El marcador tiene un cuerpo que tiene una porción externa de material biodegradable poroso que tiene huecos rellenos de gas y al menos una porción interna que incluye material biológico que tiende a calcificarse en un huésped humano con el tiempo. El material biológico incluye un material con elastina como componente sustancial. Preferentemente, el tejido biológico incluye tejido de pared aórtica porcina. Incluso más preferentemente, el tejido biológico incluye un material con elastina que ha sido reticulado. En cualquiera de estas realizaciones, un agente puede incorporarse en el material biológico que promueve el crecimiento óseo. La calcificación puede potenciarse usando un factor de crecimiento óseo, fosfolípidos o polietilenglicol.
En otra realización, la porción externa define una forma cilíndrica y la porción interna está encerrada en su interior. El material biológico puede estar totalmente encerrado en el cuerpo. Preferentemente, el cuerpo (primera porción) tiene poros rellenos de gas. En una realización, la porción externa incluye colágeno y/o gelatina.
Según una realización, un marcador intracorpóreo marca un sitio dentro de tejido vivo de un huésped. El marcador tiene un cuerpo que tiene una porción externa de material biodegradable poroso que tiene huecos rellenos de gas y al menos una porción interna que incluye material biológico que tiende a ser capaz de formar imágenes en un huésped humano con el tiempo, debido a un mecanismo fisiológico del huésped. El material biológico incluye un material con elastina como componente sustancial. Preferentemente, el tejido biológico incluye tejido de pared aórtica porcina. Incluso más preferentemente, el tejido biológico incluye un material con elastina que ha sido reticulado. En cualquiera de estas realizaciones, un agente puede incorporarse en el material biológico que promueve el crecimiento óseo. La calcificación puede potenciarse usando un factor de crecimiento óseo, fosfolípidos o polietilenglicol.
En otra realización, la porción externa define una forma cilíndrica y la porción interna está encerrada en su interior. El material biológico puede estar totalmente encerrado en el cuerpo. Preferentemente, el cuerpo (porción externa) tiene poros rellenos de gas. En una realización, la porción externa incluye colágeno y/o gelatina.

La Fig. 4 muestra un procedimiento de preparación del marcador de tejido de las Figs. 1-3 y posteriormente usando el marcador.
Descripción detallada de las realizaciones
Un marcador de biopsia, preferentemente un marcador de biopsia de mama, tiene propiedades radio-opacas que se derivan in situ, preferentemente basadas en una respuesta biológica natural, tal como calcificación o acumulación o concentración en el tejido de un agente químico que actúa como contraste para obtención de imágenes. En una realización, una espuma biodegradable tal como espuma de colágeno o espuma de gelatina se incorpora en un tejido biológico que es susceptible a la calcificación. El marcador de biopsia se implanta para marcar el sitio de biopsia. El material de espuma proporciona visibilidad ultrasónica para acceder al sitio de implantación. El tejido biológico experimenta calcificación en 30 días a 5 años dependiendo de la química del tejido biológico usado. La calcificación generada en el tejido biológico proporciona visibilidad en obtención de imágenes por resonancia magnética (lRM) y obtención de imágenes por rayos X. Como resultado, el marcador puede localizarse usando obtención de imágenes basadas en radiación u obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas.
Pueden usarse muchos tipos de tejidos implantables para preparar un marcador de biopsia descrito en la presente
invención. Los tejidos implantables usados incluyen, pero no se limitan, a: tejido de pericardio bovino, tejido dérmico porcino, tejido arterial bovino o porcino, tejido de la pared aórtica porcina y similares. Un tejido que es rico en elastina tal como tejido de la pared aórtica porcina es incluso más preferido. Se cree que el tejido rico en elastina es altamente susceptible a calcificación. También pueden usarse biomateriales que se derivan de la proteína elastina. Se prefiere que el tejido biológico se reticule o estabilice usando glutaraldehído. El tejido reticulado usando 0,2 al 2% de glutaraldehído es incluso más preferido. Además, los componentes biológicos que promueven la calcificación también pueden añadirse al tejido. Estos aditivos incluyen sustancias bioactivas y no bioactivas como factor de crecimiento óseo, fosfolípidos, polietilenglicol y similares.
En otra realización, un biomaterial basado en proteína elástica se procesa para producir el material que tiene del 60 al 90% de porosidad. El material se procesa adicionalmente para producir la reticulación usando glutaraldehído, clorhidrato de 1-etil-3-[3-dimetilaminopropil]carbodiimida (EDC) u otro reticulador adecuado. La espuma de elastina se implanta entonces como marcador de biopsia experimentando una rápida calcificación. La calcificación se detecta entonces usando técnicas de obtención de imágenes por rayos X o lRM convencionales.
La forma del marcador puede depender de la aplicación clínica. En general se prefieren formas cilíndricas, esféricas, similares a disco. También pueden usarse formas irregulares.
Con referencia ahora a las Figs. 1-3, un marcador 100 de tejido tiene una capa externa de espuma biodegradable con un núcleo de tejido 150 biológico. La espuma biodegradable tiene gas biocompatible dentro de sus huecos. El gas biocompatible proporciona una estructura de baja densidad dentro del cuerpo marcador que proporciona alto contraste cuando se visualiza usando equipo de obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas. Esto hace que el marcador sea visible bajo modalidades de obtención de imágenes ultrasónicas. El tejido 150 biológico en su interior es un material elegido por su tendencia a calcificarse cuando se coloca en un huésped humano. Cuando el marcador se coloca dentro del cuerpo de un huésped, la espuma biodegradable se rompe mientras que el material 150 biológico se calcifica y eventualmente se vuelve visible bajo modalidades de obtención de imágenes por radiación.
El periodo durante el cual pueden usarse ultrasonidos puede durar entre semanas y muchos meses, por ejemplo, seis meses. En muchas situaciones terapéuticas, esto es superior al tiempo suficiente. El tiempo durante el cual pueden obtenerse imágenes del resto calcificado puede durar muchos años o puede ser permanente. La calcificación puede durar un año o dos para que se produzca. De nuevo, en muchas situaciones terapéuticas, en absoluto se requiere la obtención de imágenes por radiación proporcionada en las etapas posteriores. Por tanto, la pérdida de la capacidad para obtener imágenes bajo ultrasonidos es intranscendente.
Los beneficios del dispositivo anterior deben ser evidentes. El tejido biológico calcificado es altamente compatible con el huésped. Pueden perderse algunos de la mayoría de los marcadores que pueden ser deseables para obtención de imágenes por ultrasonidos, que también puede ser deseable. En una realización preferida, que es ni mucho menos limitante de la invención, el marcador puede ser generalmente cilíndrico con un diámetro de aproximadamente 4 mm y una longitud de aproximadamente 6 mm. El núcleo de tejido biológico puede tener aproximadamente 1 mm de diámetro y aproximadamente 3 mm de longitud.
Un ejemplo de un procedimiento para preparar y usar el marcador se ilustra en la Fig. 4. En la etapa E1, una disolución de colágeno se vierte en un molde para llenar parcialmente el molde. Todo lo que se requiere es precisamente disolución suficiente para crear un separador para el tejido biológico. Entonces, en la etapa E2, la disolución de colágeno se congela en el molde. El material biológico se inserta en el molde y la disolución de colágeno se vierte en el espacio a su alrededor en la etapa E4. Entonces, el molde entero se congela y la disolución de colágeno congelada se liofiliza en la etapa E5 para eliminar el hielo, mientras que atrás queda la matriz de colágeno.
Para usar el marcador, en la etapa E6, el marcador se implanta en un huésped. Esta etapa puede hacerse como parte, por ejemplo, de un procedimiento de biopsia. Entonces, en la etapa E7, se obtienen imágenes del marcador. La etapa E7 puede producirse repetidamente durante un intervalo de tiempo, quizás un año, después de implantación. En la etapa E8, quizás durante un año después de implantación, se obtienen imágenes del marcador usando modalidades de obtención de imágenes por radiación. Las etapas E7 y E8 pueden solaparse y no son necesariamente cronológicamente secuenciales en todos los casos. Otras etapas tampoco son necesariamente secuenciales. Por ejemplo, las etapas E3 y E4 podrían hacerse simultáneamente – el diagrama de flujo presenta simplemente un ejemplo de los procedimientos de fabricación y uso.
En lugar de usar espuma de colágeno para formar huecos, es posible formar huecos en un material biodegradable usando otros medios. Por ejemplo, los huecos podrían moldearse en, o mecanizarse en, un trozo de material. La implantación de un material biológico puede hacerse de un modo similar, pero formando un orificio en un cuerpo prefabricado de material biodegradable, insertando el material biológico en el orificio y posteriormente sellando el orificio.
Por tanto, en lugar de moldear la espuma, es posible formar el marcador sumergiendo el cuerpo 150 de material biológico en una disolución de colágeno u otra disolución adecuada y congelándola en etapas repetidas hasta que se obtiene un
recubrimiento de espesor adecuado antes de liofilizar la estructura resultante.
Como se trata anteriormente, el tejido 150 biológico puede incluir tejido de pericardio bovino, tejido dérmico porcino, tejido arterial bovino o porcino, tejido de pared aórtica porcina y similares. Como se ha mencionado, un tejido que es rico en elastina tal como tejido de la pared aórtica porcina es incluso más preferido. Se cree que el tejido rico en elastina es altamente susceptible a calcificación. También pueden usarse biomateriales que se derivan de la proteína elastina. Se prefiere que el tejido biológico se reticule o estabilice usando glutaraldehído. El tejido reticulado usando 0,2 al 2% de glutaraldehído es incluso más preferido. Además, los componentes biológicos que promueven la calcificación también pueden añadirse al tejido. Aunque el ejemplo de marcador anterior de un cuerpo cilíndrico es una configuración preferida, pueden usarse otras formas y combinaciones. Por ejemplo, más de un cuerpo de tejido biológico podría integrarse en el cuerpo biodegradable poroso. Por tanto, el tejido biológico no necesita estar encerrado en su totalidad dentro del cuerpo de la porción biodegradable. Por ejemplo, un procedimiento alternativo de fabricación puede ser co-extruir bajo presión de forma que la disolución de envoltura y el material biológico sean plásticos, pero se congelen rápidamente después de salir de la extrusora. La sublimación del soluto puede entonces hacerse para el alojamiento co-extruido antes o después de dividirlo en trozos de longitud apropiada.
Marcadores que tienen las estructuras anteriormente descritas, o cualquier estructura similar, pueden usarse según el siguiente procedimiento que puede incluir las etapas 1 y 2, etapas 1 a 3, o etapas 1 a 4, según diferentes realizaciones.
Etapa 1. Insertar un marcador en una localización. La localización puede marcarse de una en una o posicionarse la localización de biopsia de otro modo en una masa de tejido.
Etapa 2. Identificar una localización del marcador usando una primera modalidad de obtención de imágenes. La modalidad puede ser obtención de imágenes basada en ultrasonidos. Esta etapa puede incluir pasar una forma correspondiente de energía a través de una masa de tejido blando de un huésped vivo.
Etapa 3. Esperar un periodo de tiempo para que produzca la calcificación.
Etapa 4. Identificar una localización del marcador usando una segunda modalidad de obtención de imágenes que es diferente de la primera modalidad de obtención de imágenes en la etapa 2. La segunda modalidad de obtención de imágenes puede ser obtención de imágenes basada en rayos X o IRM. Esta etapa también puede incluir pasar una forma correspondiente de energía a través de una masa de tejido blando de un huésped vivo.
Obsérvese que en el procedimiento anterior, no todas las etapas son esenciales o necesariamente separadas. Por ejemplo, la etapa de espera puede ser inherente en la etapa 2 o la etapa 4.
Esta memoria descriptiva no debe interpretarse como que implica que cualquier elemento, etapa o función particular sea un elemento esencial de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones. El alcance de la materia patentada se define solo por las reivindicaciones y sus equivalentes.
El uso de isótopos con una sección transversal notablemente alta para radiación externamente aplicada también podría usarse para preparar un marcador del que pueden obtenerse imágenes por el mismo tipo de procedimiento. Es decir, el marcador puede incorporar una sustancia para la que puede cultivarse un anticuerpo. El anticuerpo podría cultivarse usando el isótopo seleccionado. Debido a la acción combinada de anticuerpo y huésped, el anticuerpo se concentra en el sitio del marcador. Entonces, la radiación externamente aplicada puede usarse para obtener imágenes del isótopo concentrado. Los anticuerpos también podrían servir de vehículos de ciertas moléculas o radicales de los que pueden obtenerse imágenes usando radiación de menor energía debido tanto a su absorción como a formas de emisión estimulada. También pueden usarse otros procedimientos de marcado tales como marcado fluorescente útil en la obtención de imágenes fluorescentes, marcado paramagnético útil en IRM y similares.
Aunque la presente invención se ha desvelado con referencia a ciertas realizaciones, son posibles numerosas modificaciones, alteraciones y cambios a las realizaciones descritas.

Claims (8)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Un marcador intracorpóreo para marcar un sitio dentro de tejido vivo de un huésped, comprendiendo el marcador:
    un cuerpo que tiene una porción externa de material biodegradable poroso que tiene huecos rellenos de gas y al menos una porción interna que incluye material biológico que tiende a ser capaz de formar imágenes en un huésped 5 humano con el tiempo, debido a una respuesta de calcificación del huésped, en el que el material biológico incluye un material con elastina como componente.
  2. 2. El marcador de la reivindicación 1, en el que el material con elastina como componente es tejido de pared aórtica porcina.
  3. 3. El marcador de la reivindicación 1, en el que el material con elastina como componente es material con elastina que ha 10 sido reticulado.
  4. 4.
    El marcador de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, que comprende además un agente que promueve la mineralización.
  5. 5.
    El marcador de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, que comprende además al menos uno de entre factor de crecimiento óseo, fosfolípidos y polietilenglicol.
    15 6. El marcador de la reivindicación 1, en el que la porción externa define una forma cilíndrica.

    El marcador de la reivindicación 1, en el que la porción externa incluye colágeno.

    El marcador de la reivindicación 1, en el que la porción externa incluye colágeno y el material biológico incluye un agente que promueve la mineralización.
