Abstract
1.Dispositivo de fijación de una empuñadura sobre un utensilio culinario, caracterizado porque comprende un cuerpo y una patilla de enganche solidaria de este cuerpo, por medio de un pasador, comprendiendo la patilla y la empuñadura, cada una, un orificio para el paso del pasador, presentando el borde del orificio de la patilla opuesto al cuerpo del utensilio un perfil en pendiente que permite hacer avanzar el pasador hacia el cuerpo cuando se le introduce, incluyendo además el pasador medios que impiden su ascenso. 2.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el pasador está realizado en un material termoplástico, tal como policarbonato o polisulfona. 3.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la empuñadura está vaciada y porque la cabeza del pasador comprende dos apéndices moldeados con sobreespesor que después de la compresión durante su paso por el orificio de la empuñadura adoptan, cuando penetran en la cavidad, su forma inicial a fin de impedir elascenso del pasador. 4.Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el pasador está muescado a la altura del orificio de la patilla. 5.Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el pasador tiene un fuste de sección oblonga. 6.Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la cabeza del pasador tiene una forma y un color determinados que constituyen un signo distintivo del utensilio culinario. 7.Dispositivo de fijación de una empuñadura sobre un utensilio culinario.
