Dispositivo de carga y descarga de mercancías y muelle de carga y descarga que comprende el dispositivo de carga y descarga.#Dispositivo de carga y descarga de mercancías con un dispositivo transportador (1) que comprende#un bastidor (2) posicionable en una superficie (3a) de un muelle de carga y descarga (3) elevado;#una cinta transportadora (4) telescópica montada en el bastidor (2);#un mecanismo de accionamiento longitudinal montado en el bastidor (2) y conectado a la cinta transportadora (4) para disponer la cinta transportadora (4) entre una posición retraída y una posición extendida;#una plataforma de carga (7) ubicada debajo del bastidor (2) y que comprende una superficie de trabajo superior;#un mecanismo elevador (5) situado debajo de la plataforma de carga (7), para bascular la parte delantera (2b) del bastidor entre una posición elevada y una posición bajada, y que comprende brazos elevadores (5a) en los que se apoya el bastidor (2) cuando su parte delantera (2b) bascula y que quedan escamoteados debajo de la superficie de trabajo de la plataforma de carga (7), al menos en una posición de reposo de la plataforma de carga (7).
