Abstract
Las realizaciones de la presente descripción describen técnicas y configuraciones para la gestión de un tiempo de espera en una red de comunicación inalámbrica cuando se determina que la red est� congestionada. Un aparato podría incluir medios legibles por ordenador que contienen instrucciones y uno o más procesadores acoplados con los medios legibles por ordenador y configurados para ejecutar las instrucciones para enviar un mensaje de petición de control de recursos de radio a un controlador de red inalámbrica, recibir� un mensaje de respuesta que incluye un valor del tiempo de respuesta prolongado, determinar tras la recepción del mensaje de respuesta si un temporizador de postergación asociado con el aparato est� en ejecución, y determinar si se debe iniciar el temporizador de postergación con el valor de tiempo de espera prolongado recibido en función, al menos en parte, de la determinación de si el temporizador de postergación est� en ejecución y de si el valor de tiempo de espera recibido tiene protegida su integridad.

Declaración motivada según los artículos 29.6 y 29.7 del Reglamento de ejecución de la Ley 11/1986, de 20 de marzo, de Patentes sobre la novedad y la actividad inventiva; citas y explicaciones en apoyo de esta declaraciónSe considera D01 el documento del estado de la técnica anterior más cercano al objeto de la solicitud. Siguiendo la primera reivindicación, D01 describe un aparato que comprende: -uno o más medios legibles por ordenador que contienen instrucciones y uno o más procesadores acoplados con el unoo más medios legibles por ordenador y configurados para ejecutar las instrucciones (dispositivo móvil de usuario UE) para:
- o enviar un mensaje de petición de control de recursos de radio a un controlador de red (párrafo 5 – un UE envía un mensaje incluyendo una razón de establecimiento de conexión RRC a un eNB);
- o recibir desde el controlador de red, un mensaje de respuesta (fallo de conexión; figura 3)
Existen diferencias significativas entre D01 y la primera reivindicación. En ésta se añaden pasos adicionales: en la respuesta se incluye un tiempo de espera prolongado (back-off timer), se determina si se debe iniciar el temporizador de postergación con el valor de tiempo de espera prolongado recibido y se comprueba si el temporizador de postergación se est� ejecutandoo no antes de inicializarlo con el tiempo de espera recibido. Por su parte, en D01 cuando arranca un temporizador (305) en el RRC al tiempo que envía la respuesta. El UE inicia otro temporizador (3411) cuando la recibe y por tanto, no inicia el servicio hasta que este timer expira aunque el 305 haya finalizado antes.El efecto técnico que producen estas diferencias es que el tiempo de espera lo envía el controlador en la respuesta y además sólo se inicializará el temporizador con el tiempo de espera recibido, cuando no se est� ejecutando. El problema técnico objetivo es cómo enviar el tiempo de espera y cómo realizar la comprobación de si el temporizador se est� ejecutando. Este problema no se ha encontrado resuelto en el estado de la técnica anterior al objeto de la solicitud, y por tanto, seconsidera que la solicitud presentada cumple los requisitos de novedad y actividad inventiva para un experto en la materia, según los Arts. 6 y 8 de la Ley Española de Patentes.Informe del Estado de la Técnica Página 4/4
