Abstract
Procedimiento para barnizar y aprestar cueros de todos los tipos, caracterizado porque se reviste el cuero, tratado previamente, por medio de un producto de polimerización así como los opanoles o poliisobutilenos; estos productos pueden ser aplicados ya en hojas, ya en estado pulverulento sobre el cuero y se procede ventajosamente como sigue, a este efecto: se coloca el cuero preparado ya como se indica más arriba sobre el soporte de una prensa de platina de tal manera que la superficie a barnizar esté dirigida hacia arriba.
