Abstract

Tapadera aplicable a ollas, cacerolas y otros recipientes similares de cocina de características dimensionales y estructurales idóneas para permitir su empleo en calidad de "recipiente" componente de una "olla a presión" y que lleva un márgen sobresaliente hacia al exterior en relación con su embocadura, caracterizada por estar formada por un componente estructural (principalmente metálico y cupuliforme) que lleva un borde plegado y vuelto hacia abajo de dimensiones tales como para que pueda ser ajustado con juego limitado en torno a dicho márgen sobresaliente del recipiente, y por comprender un componente esencialmente anular, dispuesto en torno a dicho borde y que es contraible, de una condición de libre pasaje en torno al nervio o saliente de la embocadura del recipiente, hasta una condición en la cual, por lo menos parte de la estructura fijada en torno al márgen del recipiente, se fija en muesca con el nervio mencionado, estando completada esta tapadera con medios de hermeticidad, seguridad y contracción del mencionado componente anular, de forma que la aplicación de dicha tapadera al indicado recipiente y su fijación en la muesca con el citado borde, dan por resultado la formación de una eficiente olla a presión.
