Abstract
Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas del cual al menos una superficie está recubierta con una capa que contiene al menos un polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo, algunas de las cuales al menos se hicieron reaccionar con anterioridad con al menos una molécula orgánica que contiene al menos una función vinílica, caracterizado porque dicha molécula orgánica también tiene una función seleccionada de una función aldehído, una función aldehído en la forma de un hemiacetal o una función aldehído en la forma de un acetal.

- REIVINDICACIONES
- 1.
- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas del cual al menos una superficie está recubierta con una capa que contiene al menos un polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo, algunas de las cuales al menos se hicieron reaccionar con anterioridad con al menos una molécula orgánica que contiene al menos una función vinílica, caracterizado porque dicha molécula orgánica también tiene una función seleccionada de una función aldehído, una función aldehído en la forma de un hemiacetal o una función aldehído en la forma de un acetal.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo se selecciona del grupo que incluye PVA, almidón, alginato, CMC, copolímeros hidrolizados o parcialmente hidrolizados de acetato de vinilo, que se puede obtener, por ejemplo, por hidrolización de copolímeros de etileno – acetato de vinilo (EVA) o cloruro de vinilo – acetato de vinilo, Nvinilpirrolidona – acetato de vinilo y anhídrido maleico – acetato de vinilo.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo es PVA.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la molécula orgánica tiene la siguiente fórmula:
CH2=CH-(R)-CH=OCH2=CH-(R)-CH(OR1)2,donde R = cadena carbonada lineal, ramificada y/o cíclica que puede contener heteroátomos y R1 es, de modo independiente, un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical alquilo opcionalmente ramificado, saturado o insaturado, opcionalmente sustituido que tiene de 1 a 12 átomos de carbono opcionalmente interrumpido por heteroátomos de N, O o S. -

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque dicha molécula orgánica es aldehído undecilénico.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dicha molécula orgánica representa entre el 0,1 y el 5% en peso del polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo, con preferencia, el 1%.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el polímero hidrosoluble funcionalizado que tiene funciones hidroxilo constituye al menos el 10% en peso de la capa superior aplicada sobre el soporte a base de fibras celulósicas, ventajosamente entre el 20 y el 100%.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la capa superior aplicada sobre el soporte a base de fibras celulósicas se deposita en una cantidad de 0,2 a 20 g/m2, con preferencia, de 1 g/m2.

- Un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la masa de las fibras celulósicas está en el rango de 30 a 160 g/m2, ventajosamente entre 55 y 140 g/m2 y, con preferencia, en el orden de 58 g/m2.

- Un método para producir un soporte a base de fibras celulósicas como se menciona en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, que consiste en las siguientes etapas:
- -
- formación de la lámina a base de fibras celulósicas;
- -
- funcionalización del polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo por injerto de al menos una molécula orgánica que tiene al menos una función vinílica y una función aldehído que es capaz de formar enlaces covalentes con las funcionalidades hidroxilo del polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo;

- revestimiento del soporte celulósico con al menos el polímero hidrosoluble funcionalizado que tiene funciones hidroxilo;
- -
- calandrado o supercalandrado del soporte, si se requiere.
- 11. Un método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado por la formación de la lámina a base de fibras celulósicas con o sin un proceso pergaminizante.

- El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10 u 11, caracterizado porque el polímero hidrosoluble que tiene funciones hidroxilo se funcionaliza a una temperatura de entre 20 y 95 °C, con preferencia, de entre 80 y 95 °C, en un medio acuoso y en presencia de un ácido orgánico o inorgánico para lograr una condición ácida.
