Abstract

Tenaza para colocar marchamos en jamones, caracterizada porque está constituída por un juego de dos mordazas unidas a sendas palancas para accionamiento manual, cruzadas y articuladas entre sí por un eje transversal, presentando una de dichas mordazas una biela que articula con un pistón que se desplaza por el interior de la restante mordaza, habiendo en esta última mordaza una hendidura frontal entrante que separa el citado pistón, situado en la parte superior, con respecto a una sufridera situada en la parte inferior, permitiendo la citada hendidura la penetración de la piel del jamón al ser introducida dicha parte inferior de la mordaza, debidamente afilada, por debajo de la misma piel, mientras que un resorte tiende a abrir las referidas mordazas y a elevar el pistón, siendo colocado y retenido un marchamo en la cara inferior del pistón al ser introducido a presión a través de la piel y remachado contra la sufridera al ser cerradas las palancas por acción manual.
