Abstract
Procedimiento para el envasado esterilizado de bebidas que contienen ácido carbónico, especialmente cerveza, en el que el líquido es calentado a la temperatura que requiera su pasteurización respectivamente esterilización, e inmediatamente después es envasado en estado caliente en los recipientes esterilizados destinados a la exportación (o en botellas y botes) y en cuyo procedimiento el líquido durante su calentamiento en un calentador de paso y durante su envasado, es mantenido por medio de un llenado rde contrapresión a una presión superior a la presión de saturación de ácido carbónico correspondiente a la temperatura de llenado, y que se caracteriza además porque después del envasado del líquido, se une el gas del recipiente con la armosfera, quedando así unido hasta que se retira el recipiente del elemento llenador, después de lo cual, y antes de colocar una nueva botella se rocía con agua caliente la tulipa centradora y las partes anexas del elemento llenador.
