Abstract
Perfeccionamientos introducidos en el proceso de llenado de moldes destinados a la obtención de materias esponjosas artificiales, que se caracteriza por disponer una rejilla, convenientemente montada en el fondo de un molde, cargándose éste acto seguido y retirando la rejilla para colocarla en posición según el sentido, mediante un dispositivo mecánico apropiado, quedando retenida la materia a base de un elemento fijo que cubre la resistencia del molde; la masa no reaccionada pasa a través de la rejilla, cuyas dimenciones y forma de los pasos y barrotes están combinados con la viscosidad de la masa, facultando la orientación de las fibras de refuerzo en el sentido del paso y sometiéndose seguidamente la masa al tratamiento de insolubilización.
