Abstract

Cubierta adaptable para balsas con flotadores lastrados plegables, posibilitando la sujeción permanente frente a viento y la generación de apoyos intermedios, independientemente del nivel del agua en la balsa, para una cubierta de la tipología de mallas de sombreo sustentadas por cuadrículas de hilos plásticos. Los hilos utilizados son de gran elasticidad, lo que permite forzar mediante los flotadores lastrados la deformación vertical de la cubierta, manteniéndola en todo momento anclada frente a viento y, simultáneamente, apoyada en toda su superficie sobre el agua. Los flotadores se fabrican en tejidos plásticos estancos, transportándose plegados hasta el lugar de empleo, optimizándose los costes de transporte y los espesores de pared necesarios para sus requerimientos como lastres o como apoyos. Se amarran a la cubierta mediante cuerdas elásticas, anudándose a las cuadrículas de hilos situadas en su vertical, permitiendo la continuidad de la malla y de los hilos sobre ellos.
