Abstract

1.Caja de tapa articulada para cigarrillos y similares, realizada a base de cortes y dobleces, con una pared delantera, una pared posterior, dos paredes laterales, una pared de tapa, una pared de fondo y una tapa configurada por una parte de las paredes delantera, lateral y de tapa, que es giratoria alrededor de un eje de giro situado en una pared de la caja, para abrir y cerrar la caja y con por lo menos un cierre instantáneo para cerrar el cuerpo de la caja con relación a la tapa, caracterizada porque el cierre instantáneo está configurado por un rebajo (4) y una lengüeta (8) situada en el mismo plano que el rebajo y conformada correspondientemente, y porque el punto más alejado en relación con el eje de giro (2) de la lengüeta (8) posee un mayor radio de giro que por lo menos una zona del rebajo (4) barrida por la lengüeta (8) al abrir o cerrar la tapa (6). 2.Caja, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la lengüeta (8) está conformada en la tapa (6) y porque está previsto un rebajo (4), conformado correspondientemente en el cuerpo de la caja (1). 3.Caja, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque cuando el eje de giro (28) de la tapa (26) está situado en la pared delantera (16), la lengüeta (68) y el correspondiente rebajo (64) están situados en las proximidades de la pared de tapa (20). 4.Caja, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque cuando el eje de giro (128) está situado en la pared de la tapa (120) la lengüeta (168) y el correspondiente rebajo (164) están situados en las proximidades de la pared delantera (116). 5.Caja, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque en una caja Hinge- Lid las lengüetas (366), (368) están previstas en la zona de las paredes laterales (312), (314). 6.Caja, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque la abertura (24) por la tapa (6), (26), (126), (326) del cuerpo de la caja (1), (10) está revestida con un collar (84), (184), (284), (384), que configura las superficies de guía para las lengüetas (8), (68), (168), (368) que se mueven hacia los rebajos (4) o se alejan de ellos. 7.Caja, según la reivindicación 6, caracterizada porque el canto superior del collar (184) discurre paralelamente a la pared de tapa (120) del cuerpo de la caja. 8.Caja, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque el canto superior del collar (84) discurre paralelamente al borde superior del recorte del cuerpo de la caja que configura la abertura (24). 9.Caja, según la reivindicación 6, caracterizada porque el collar (284) se hace más estrecho en la dirección del eje de giro (28) de la tapa (26), de tal forma que el canto superior (283) del collar (284) no discurre paralelamente al canto superior del recorte del cuerpo de la caja que configura la abertura (24). 10.Caja, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizada porque la lengüeta (68), (168) y el rebajo (64), (164) están situados en las paredes laterales (12), (14), (112), (114). 11.Caja, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizada porque las lengüetas (366), (368) y los correspondientes rebajos (364) están situados en las paredes laterales (312), (314) y en un plano. 12.Caja, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizada porque la lengüeta (8) y el correspondiente rebajo (4) están troquelados en el mismo sector de pared del cuerpo de la caja (1). 13.Caja, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada porque la lengüeta (66), (68) y el correspondiente rebajo (64) están troquelados en un recorte continuo por medio de una única línea de corte continua (46), (48). 14.Caja de tapa articulada para cigarrillos y similares.
