Abstract

1.Envase para helados, del tipo constituida para una lámina que conforma una envolvente cónica contenedora de un cono de galleta portador del helado, caracterizado porque el borde la embocadura de dicho envase presenta un perfil que permite cerrar dicha embocadura por plegado de sus bordes, formado un cierre radial de tres brazos, formando cada uno de los brazos dos porciones de borde adosados, afirmando el cierre con medios de unión adecuados. 2.Envase para helados, según la anterior reivindicación, caracterizado porque la unión de dos porciones de embocadura que forman cada uno de los brazos se realiza mediante el coarrugado o estriado de ambas porciones adosadas para establecer la adherencia de las mismas.
