Abstract

Procedimiento par ala preparación de bebidas para su distribucióncaracterizado por comprender las etapas de agitar la bebida en una trayectoria circular en un recipientepara crear en aquella un torbellino que llegue aproximadamente hasta el fondo del recipiente; de arrastrar aire al interior de la bebida aspirándola desde el torbellino en el fondo del recipiente e impulsándolo radialmente al interior de la bebida; de mantener la proporción de aire arrastrado en la bebidaa un valor predeterminadoajustando el ritmo de agitación para colocar el torbellino cerca del fondo del recipientepero no en élcuando existe el valor predeterminado.
