Abstract

1. Híbrido de euforbia, del género Euphorbia, caracterizado porque presenta las siguientes peculiaridades: tallo suculento con 4 a 5 cantos, de los cuales sobresalen a distancia de 2 cm. pequeñas protuberancias, la cuales llevan hasta diez espinas de color marrón rojizo hasta 2 cm. de longitud; de cada nuevo eje de hoja salen nuevas inflorescencias que alcanzan una longitud que llega hasta 15 cm., las cuales llevan hasta 32 hojas altas (bráteas) de color salmón rosado hasta salmón rojo brillante, sobre pedúnculos de color verde claro que tienen hasta 3 mm. de espesor; estructura a modo de pisos de cada inflorescencia formándose de cada flor individual por regla general dos nuevas flores; las hojas dispuestas de manera alternativa son ligeramente carnosas, de forma ovoide invertida, de unos 10 cm. de largo y hasta 5 cm. de anchura con peciolo corto; cuando el lugar en que se encuentra la planta es adecuado, la misma florece ininterrumpidamente. 2.
