Abstract

1.Cápsula de cierre para frascos y similares, que contienen un producto líquido cuya cápsula comprende: a) un cuerpo de cápsula o faldón provisto interiormente de medios que permiten su fijación sobre el exterior del cuello del recipiente, en cuyo cuerpo la parte superior está abierta y coopera con una tapa; b) un reductor de salida que define en su zona central un orificio de salida que tiene una sección más pequeña que la del cuello, cuyo reductor de salida está dispuesto en la parte superior del cuello del citado recipiente; c) una tapa portadora de medios de solidarización con el cuerpo de cápsula y de medios de obturación del orificio de salida del mencionado reductor, caracterizada porque el reductor es, en la fabricación, solidario del cuerpo de cápsula y se desvincula de dicho cuerpo cuando se coloca la cápsula sobre el cuello del recipiente, estando la tapa fabricada separadamente, solidarizada con el cuerpo de cápsula, obturando permanentemente su parte superior. 2.Cápsula de cierre para frascos y similares, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la desvinculación del reductor de salida y del cuerpo de cápsula o faldón se obtiene por desgarro de una zona de menor resistencia prevista durante la fabricación entre el reductor y el cuerpo de cápsula. 3.Cápsula de cierre para frascos y similares, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el reductor ha sido obtenido por moldeo en una sola pieza con el cuerpo de cápsula. 4.Cápsula de cierre para frascos y similares.
