Abstract

Cápsula para elaboración de bebida que comprende un contenedor con una tapa a través de la que se realiza una inyección de un fluido a presión en una cámara superior de contención de un producto alimenticio, en cuyo fondo, anular, asienta una placa de filtro que cierra inferiormente dicha cámara superior, comprendiendo la placa de filtro unos orificios de paso del fluido mezclado con el producto alimenticio, que comprende: una cámara intermedia de contención de aromas y gas inerte a continuación de la cámara superior y bajo la placa de filtro, en cuyo fondo, anular, asienta: una micro-membrana de cierre estanco de la cámara intermedia, que cierra inferiormente dicha cámara intermedia sellando su fondo, el cual, al romperse únicamente por aumento de la presión en dicha cámara intermedia abre paso a: una cámara de descarga, situada a continuación de la cámara intermedia y bajo la micro-membrana, de amortiguamiento de la caída del producto alimenticio hacia el exterior, que deja paso del fluido mezclado con el producto alimenticio, favoreciendo así el arrastre de los aromas hacia el exterior de la cápsula.
