Abstract

Tapón irrellenable.#El tapón presenta un cuerpo de acoplamiento fijable al gollete de la botella o recipiente, cuyo cuerpo de acoplamiento recibe de forma desmontable un cuerpo portador de un precinto de cierre mediante membrana interior desgarrable y presentando dicho cuerpo portador del precinto una tapa exterior de protección, de manera que el cuerpo de acoplamiento presenta un paso de comunicación intermedio para el flujo del líquido contenido en dicha botella o recipiente, cuyo paso está controlado por una válvula laminar desplazable por la acción de la gravedad, desde una posición de apoyo sobre el borde de dicho paso, cerrando el mismo e impidiendo la entrada de líquido desde el exterior, evitando el rellenado de dicha botella o recipiente, y una posición en la que por inversión de la posición de la botella o recipiente la válvula se separa por gravedad del borde del paso de comunicación.
