Abstract

Un dispositivo para indicar que una temperatura ambiente ha caído a o por debajo de una temperatura de umbral inferior predeterminada, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo: una membrana porosa (1) que tiene primera y segunda zonas separadas espacialmente (5, 7); un primer líquido congelable infundido en la membrana porosa, teniendo el primer líquido congelable un punto de congelación correspondiente a la temperatura de umbral inferior predeterminada; un segundo líquido (3) para hacer contacto con la primera zona de la membrana porosa, siendo dicho segundo líquido siendo inmiscible con dicho primer líquido; y medios para indicar la migración del segundo líquido al menos parcialmente desde la primera zona a la segunda zona, en el que la membrana infundida con el primer líquido es impermeable al segundo líquido por encima de la temperatura de umbral y es permeable al segundo líquido a o por debajo de la temperatura de umbral.
