Abstract
Sistema para trasmisión sonido aéreo temporal con medios para asegurarlo a la oreja.#La presente invención viene a presentar una forma de llevar el sonido exterior al oído interno, en concreto a la cóclea, siendo las principales destinatarias personas que por una malformación a nivel del conducto auditivo u otra patología diferente, no puedan beneficiarse por resultarles poco efectivos los dispositivos convencionales o amplificadores de sonido denominados audífonos. Para ello a diferencia de los conocidos aparatos audífonos se pretende un pequeño altavoz-transductor transmita el sonido directamente por vía aérea al hueso mastoideo evitando el conducto auditivo. Para conseguirlo se aportan unos soportes o elementos para fijar de una forma óptima el altavoz-transductor al hueso mastoideo para que a través de éste pueda llegar el sonido recogido del exterior a la cóclea. Por tanto con la invención que se plantea se consigue una mejor transmisión del sonido a través del hueso hacia la cóclea, al mismo tiempo que podrá el paciente colocárselo de forma segura al estar el altavoz-transductor provisto de unos sistemas de sujeción que hace el conjunto de la invención útil en pacientes o personas con malformaciones en la oreja que le imposibilita utilizar los audífonos convencionales.System for temporary airborne sound transmission with means to secure it to the ear. # The present invention comes to present a way of bringing the external sound to the inner ear, specifically to the cochlea, being the main recipients people who by a malformation at the level of the auditory canal or other pathology, they cannot benefit because conventional devices or sound amplifiers called hearing aids are ineffective. To achieve this, some supports or elements are provided to optimally fix the loudspeaker transducer to the mastoid bone so that through it the sound collected from the outside can reach the cochlea. Therefore, with the invention that is proposed, a better transmission of the sound through the bone to the cochlea is achieved, at the same time that the patient can place it safely when the speaker-transducer is provided with clamping systems that make the whole of the invention useful in patients or people with malformations in the ear that makes it impossible to use conventional hearing aids.
