Procedimiento para la fabricación de nucleótidos de 5-fluorouracilo y sus sales con bases aceptables farmaceúticamenteel cual comprende la incubación de células vivas en presencia de nucleósidos de 5-fluorouracilo y materia nutritiva o la reacción de nucleósidos de 5-fluoroouracilo con ácido clorofosfórico ysi se deseala conversión del producto de la reacción así obtenido en una sl con una base aceptable farmaceúticamente.
