Abstract
Método de electroerosión o mecanización por chispas mediante elevadas intensidades de corriente de descarga a través de un intervalo disruptivo ionizable definido entre una pieza a trabajar conductiva y una herramienta-electrodoque comprende las etapas reiterativas de cargar un condensador de almacenamiento de energía a una diferencia de potencial relativamente alta y conectar dicho condensador al intervalo disruptivo; caracterizado dicho método por el hecho de que el condensador de almacenamiento de energía se conecta al intervalo disruptivo solamente después de haberse ionizado este intervaloaplicándose al intervalo un impulso piloto de relativamente baja tensión para ionizar el intervalo por descarga disruptiva cuando la separación de intervalo tiene un valor intermedio entre los límites de cortocircuito y circuito abierto.
