Abstract
Dispersión ligante para la fabricación de pinturas insecticidas y proceso de obtención de dicha dispersión, consistiendo en una dispersión acuosa de naturaleza vinil veova modificada, que incluye materias activas biocidas, donde el polímero es acetato de vinilo y veova y las materias biocidas, contenidas en un 10%, se encuentran inmersas rodeando a las partículas de polímero formando una estructura con núcleo de polímero y corteza de principios activos. El proceso de obtención comprende:#- Etapa de siembra, donde se adiciona al reactor una pequeña parte de la preemulsión (monómeros, emulsionantes, agua) y de catalizador.#- Etapa de polimerización, donde se adiciona el resto de catalizador y preemulsión y luego se adicionan las materias activas biocidas.#- agitación a altas temperaturas durante, al menos, una hora.#- reacción redox, con reductor y oxidante.
