Abstract

Recipiente de cocción de alimentos (1) provisto de un dispositivo electrónico de monitorización de la temperatura (12, 13, 14), alimentado mediante la conversión de energía térmica en energía eléctrica por la explotación parasitaria de las diferencias de temperatura generadas entre el recipiente caliente y una masa de metal de disipación del calor, y activa un dispositivo en forma de un zumbador piezoeléctrico o LED, para indicar los límites de temperatura de seguridad previamente establecidos, siendo el asa o mango (4) de producción normal y conteniendo un primer rebaje (8) para alojar la funda (9) y un segundo rebaje (17) para alojar un terminal frío (16), estando el dispositivo electrónico (13) y el terminal frío (16) colocados en el interior de dichos rebajes del mango (8, 17), caracterizado por que la prolongación (11) de la funda (9) está atravesada por un tornillo de fijación (6), actuando el tornillo de fijación (6) como un terminal caliente mediante la transmisión del calor que se origina desde el recipiente de cocción de los alimentos (1).
