"UN ENVASE METÁLICO PLEGABLE PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE MERCANCÍAS", que se caracteriza por estar esencialmente constituido por una caja formada metálicamente en su totalidad, compuesta de una base o fondo con paredillas en sus cuatro lados uniéndose a la misma base por medio de bisagras de la misma placa metálica componente, dos testeros y dos laterales de idéntica altura; llevando unido a uno de los testeros una plancha también con paredillas en sus lados para formar la tapa de la caja cayendo las paredillas laterales por tres de sus lados; teniendo los lados coincidentes de los testeros con los largueros unos elementos complementarios de bisagra que se unen por medio de pasador longitudinal en toda la longitud de la arista que forma el testero y el lado correspondiente, abatiéndose el codo practicado en el eje sobre uno de los lados o de los testeros indistintamente.
