Abstract
Procedimiento para refrigerar artículos envasados en recipientes, el cual consiste en disponer el recipiente muy cerca de un elemento refrigerador, por lo menos; establecer contacto térmico entre el recipiente y dicho elemento refrigerador, pro medio de una cantidad de líquido que, al congelarse, tiene una conductividad térmica bastante mayor que la del aire; enfriar el citado elemento hasta que se congele este líquido y la temperatura de los artículos descienda a un valor apropiado; derretir el líquido congelado que se adhiere al elemento, y retirar de éste el recipiente.
