Abstract

Disco de freno (1) para material rodante ferroviario destinado a ser solidario de una rueda a frenar (2), y a cooperar durante el frenado con una guarnición (3), constituida por un material composite, montada en una mandíbula móvil (4) y susceptible de ser puesta en contacto con el disco (1) mediante medios de control (5), comprendiendo el disco (1), sobre su cara interna (6), opuesta a la de frenado (7), elementos de rigidez constituidos por unas nervaduras (8), caracterizado por el hecho de que las nervaduras (8) están dirigidas, de manera regular, en parte en un sentido radial y en parte en un sentido concéntrico, con respecto al eje de la rueda (2), estando las nervaduras radiales (8A) y las nervaduras concéntricas (8B) unidas entre sí para formar una nervadura continua, de forma globalmente sinusoidal, estando las ranuras concéntricas (8B) realizadas alternativamente hacia arriba y hacia abajo del disco (1), para controlar las deformaciones de dicho disco (1) debidas al calor de frenado.
