Abstract

1. Prótesis de cadera de una sola pieza con una rótula, con una espiga curvada aproximadamente en el plano frontal y que se estrecha hacia abajo en el plano frontal y con un cuello situado entre la espiga y la rótula, caracterizada por el hecho de que la convexidad de la curvatura de la espiga (10) está dirigida hacia el interior. 2. Prótesis de cadera, según la reivindicación 1,caracterizada por el hecho de que la curvatura se elige de tal modo que la parte central de la espiga (10) apoye en la corticalis medial del fémur. 3. Prótesis de cadera, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que el extremo inferior de la espiga (10) está configurado de tal modo que apoye en la corticalis lateral. 4.
