Abstract

Bioconjugados que consisten en ácido hialurónico unido a fármacos antitumorales para uso como un agente diferenciante de célula neoplásica hacia un fenotipo no tumoral no transformado para tratar patologías neoplásicas, dichos bioconjugados que consisten en ácido hialurónico unido a fármacos antitumorales, en donde el fármaco se selecciona de: - SN38, metabolito activo de Irinotecan, covalentemente unido a través de un espaciador que consiste en ácido 4-bromobutírico que forma un enlace éster con ácido hialurónico, con un grado de sustitución de SN-38 en el carboxilo del ácido hialurónico igual a 3.5 y hasta 8%; - doxorrubicina, covalentemente unida a través de un espaciador seleccionado de bromobutanol o bromopropanol, que forma un enlace éster con ácido hialurónico, con un grado de sustitución de la doxorrubicina en el carboxilo del ácido hialurónico que varía de 3 hasta 20%; - complejos de coordinación de platino.
