Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una microvalvula con las etapas siguientes: configuración de un primer (112) y un segundo sustrato (114); configuración de al menos una primera y una segunda abertura de paso (102, 104) en el segundo y/o primer sustrato (112,114); aplicación y estructuración de una estructura obturadora de silicone (110, 111) elasticamente deformable mediante recubrimiento por centrifugación y estructuración fotolitografica de una capa de silicona sobre el primer sustrato y/o sobre el segundo sustrato (112, 114) para la configuración de al menos un labio de valvula (110), en el que el labio de valvula este configurado de modo que rodea circunferencialmente de forma estanca la abertura de paso (102, 104), reunión del primer y segundo sustrato (112, 114) de modo que el al menos un labio de valvula (110) obtura la al menos una primera y/o segunda abertura de paso (102, 104) en una posición cerrada y los sustratos configuran un recorrido de paso de fluido controlable.
