Abstract
Una máquina de moldeo por inyección de plástico (24) que comprende: un tambor controlado por temperatura (26) con una zona de medida, una zona de transición y una zona de alimentación; un cuello de alimentación (32) configurado para dispensar material para el moldeo en la zona de alimentación del tambor (26); una boquilla (34) que se extiende desde la zona de medida del tambor (26); y un motor (28) que controla un tornillo (10, 100); donde la máquina de moldeo por inyección de plástico (24) se configura para el procesamiento de metal, aleaciones metálicas, y compuestos de matriz metálica mediante el tornillo, donde el tornillo (10, 100) de la máquina de moldeo por inyección de plástico (24) tiene un mango (12); un eje propulsor (14) que se extiende a partir del mango (12), el eje propulsor (14) con una parte posterior (20) inmediata al mango (12), una parte media (18) inmediata a la parte posterior (20), y una parte anterior (16) inmediata a la parte media (18); vuelos (22) que se extienden desde la parte posterior (20) del eje propulsor (14) para el avance del material a través del tambor (26) la máquina de moldeo por inyección de plástico (24) en la parte media (18) del eje propulsor (14) y la zona de transición del tambor (26); dicho eje propulsor (14) está además configurado para estar ausente de dichos vuelos (22) en la parte media (18); dicho eje propulsor (14), exceptuando los vuelos (22), está desprovisto de cualquier otro elemento a lo largo de la longitud del mismo; y dicho tornillo (10, 100) incluido el eje propulsor (14) es giratorio y introducible por el motor (28) y alternable en el tambor (26) de la máquina de moldeo por inyección de plástico (24) entre sus posiciones de avance completo y de retirada completa.
