Abstract

Procedimiento para el control de la producci6n de agua en la elaboraciOn de cerveza en una fabrica de cerveza, en el que se proporcionan agua caliente y agua fria y/o helada y el agua fria y/o helada se usa al menos en parte para el enfriamiento del nnosto, caracterizado porque la necesidad de agua caliente de la cerveceria se determina teniendo en cuenta parametros orientados al pasado y/o orientados al futuro en un ordenador de control (6) y la produccion de agua caliente tambien se controla al menos mediante la nnodificacion de la temperatura del medio de enfriamiento y/o la temperatura del refrigerante usada en el enfriamiento del mosto (3).
