Abstract

Dispositivo para la generación de un chorro de plasma frío, comprendiendo una carcasa metálica (7), que actúa en la región del plasma (1) saliente como electrodo puesto a tierra (2) y en la que están dispuestos un generador AF (8), una bobina de resonancia AF (5) con un núcleo de ferrita cerrado, adecuado para la alta frecuencia, un cuerpo aislante (4) que actúa como tobera de gas, así como un electrodo de alta tensión (3) sujetado en el cuerpo aislante (4) de tal modo que el gas del proceso (6) fluye alrededor y a través de los mismos.
