Abstract

Un método para formar una envolvente de edificio que comprende: a. proporcionar un artículo a incluir como un sustrato o componente de una envolvente de edificio; b. formar al menos una porción de dicha envolvente de edificio a partir de dicho artículo; c. ya sea antes o después de dicha etapa b, aplicar espuma sobre y/o en dicho artículo, comprendiendo dicha espuma una estructura polimérica de celda cerrada con un material gaseoso en al menos una porción de dichas celdas, comprendiendo dicho material gaseoso trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno (1233zd(E)).

Claims (20)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Un método para formar una envolvente de edificio que comprende:
    a. proporcionar un artículo a incluir como un sustrato o componente de una envolvente de edificio;
    b. formar al menos una porción de dicha envolvente de edificio a partir de dicho artículo;
    c. ya sea antes o después de dicha etapa b, aplicar espuma sobre y/o en dicho artículo, comprendiendo 5 dicha espuma una estructura polimérica de celda cerrada con un material gaseoso en al menos una porción de dichas celdas, comprendiendo dicho material gaseoso trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno (1233zd(E)).
  2. 2. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación comprende proporcionar una composición de premezcla de espuma de poliol que comprende un agente de soplado que comprende 1233zd(E), y pulverizar dicha 10 composición de premezcla de espuma de poliol sobre dicho artículo.
  3. 3. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación se produce después de dicha etapa de formación b.
  4. 4. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación se produce antes de dicha etapa de formación b. 15
  5. 5. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación comprende formar un panel o tablero de espuma, y unir al menos una porción de dicho panel o tablero a dicho artículo.
  6. 6. El método de la reivindicación 5, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación se produce después de dicha etapa de formación b.
  7. 7. El método de la reivindicación 5, en el que dicha etapa de aplicación se produce antes de dicha etapa de 20 formación b.
  8. 8. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicho artículo comprende una porción de una superficie o cavidad de dicha envolvente de edificio.
  9. 9. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que la espuma de celda cerrada muestra menos de 1,0% de pérdida de peso cuando se ensaya usando un ensayo de Mobil 45º. 25
  10. 10. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que la espuma de celda cerrada muestra menos de 0,5% de pérdida de peso cuando se ensaya usando un ensayo de Mobil 45º.
  11. 11. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que una mayoría de dichas celdas contiene un gas que comprende dicho trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno.
  12. 12. El método de la reivindicación 11, en el que dicho gas en dichas celdas comprende al menos 50% en volumen 30 de dicho trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno.
  13. 13. El método de la reivindicación 11, en el que dicho gas en dichas celdas es al menos 70% en volumen de dicho trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno.
  14. 14. Un método para aplicar un panel o tablero de espuma de poliuretano o poliisocianurato a una envolvente de edificio, que comprende: 35
    a. proporcionar composición espumable que comprende trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno (1233zd(E)) como agente de soplado;
    b. verter la composición espumable en un molde o en un transportador para formar un panel o tablero de espuma;
    c. curar la composición espumable para formar una espuma de poliuretano de celdas cerradas que 40 contiene celdas que tienen material gaseoso en las celdas, comprendiendo dicho material gaseoso 1233zd(E); y
    d. formar una envolvente de edificio que contiene dicho panel o tablero.
  15. 15. El método de la reivindicación 14, en el que dicha capa de formación comprende insertar dicho panel o tablero en una cavidad de la pared, del suelo o del techo en dicha envolvente de edificio. 45
  16. 16. El método de la reivindicación 15, en el que la espuma de celda cerrada muestra menos de 1,0% de pérdida de peso cuando se ensaya usando un ensayo de Mobil 45º.
  17. 17. El método de la reivindicación 15, en el que la espuma de celda cerrada muestra menos de 0,5% de pérdida de peso cuando se ensaya usando un ensayo de Mobil 45º.
  18. 18. El método de la reivindicación 17, en el que dicho gas en dichas celdas comprende al menos 50% en volumen de dicho trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno.
  19. 19. El método de la reivindicación 17, en el que dicho gas en dichas celdas es al menos 70% en volumen de dicho 5 trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno.
  20. 20. Una casa residencial, un edificio comercial, un edificio de oficinas, o una embarcación obtenida según el método de la reivindicación 19.
