Abstract
Una unidad de estátor para un motor eléctrico, en particular un motor de rotor exterior, que comprende un estátor (1) un conjunto laminado de estátor (2) y bobinados de estátor (4), además de un casquillo de estátor (3) y una brida de estátor (9) conformada en un extremo, sobre la que se sujeta una brida de carcasa (12) de una carcasa (11) para recibir una unidad de control de motor o similares, así como terminales de conexión del motor (21) que se extienden desde el estátor (1) a través de aberturas (19) de la brida de carcasa (12) y con elementos de fijación que se extienden a través de orificios de sujeción (18) de la brida de carcasa (12) y que están fijados en el estátor (1), estando dispuesta una junta de sellado (31) para el sellado de los terminales de conexión del motor (21), caracterizada porque la brida de carcasa (12) presenta en su parte central un segmento de apoyo (16), estando la junta de sellado (31) dispuesta entre el estátor (1) y la brida de carcasa (12) en la parte del segmento de apoyo (16), presentando la junta de sellado (31) segmentos de sellado (33, 34, 35) de plástico elástico, que están dispuestos y diseñados de tal manera que existe un sellado directo y/o indirecto de las aberturas de paso (19) y/o de los orificios de sujeción (18) contra la penetración de humedad, estando la junta de sellado (31) conformada de un cuerpo de soporte (32), en el que los segmentos de sellado (33, 34, 35) están conformados como segmento de sellado interior (34), como segmento de sellado central (35) y como segmento de sellado exterior (33), y estando previstas en el segmento de apoyo (16) las aberturas de paso (19) para los terminales de conexión del motor (21) y los orificios de sujeción (18) para los elementos de sujeción.
