Abstract

Un tablero decorativo de melamina producido por apilamiento de una capa decorativa, una capa central y una capa posterior en este orden, y después conformado de las capas con calor y presión, en el que la capa decorativa es un papel decorado impregnado con resina, la capa central es una pluralidad de hojas de papel central impregnado con resina, producido impregnando un material base fibroso blanquecino con un líquido de resina que incluye: un condensado de melamina y formaldehído; y un polialquilenglicol divalente o un derivado del mismo, o un éter polivalente de polialquilenglicol trivalente o superior, y después secando el material base fibroso blanquecino, siendo dispersados el polialquilenglicol divalente o derivado del mismo, o el éter polivalente de polialquilenglicol trivalente o superior, cuando el líquido de resina se cura térmicamente, y la capa posterior es un papel posterior impregnado con resina producido impregnando un material base fibroso con un condensado de melamina y formaldehído, y después secando el material base fibroso en el que el contenido de cenizas del material base fibroso usado como la capa posterior es 2-10% en peso.
