Abstract
Una disposición de ubicación de junta para un módulo de flujo, preferentemente un reactor placa, que comprende una junta (1, 14, 22), medios de ubicación (2, 11), un canal (18), (26) en una placa de canal (15), (23), una placa de barrera (16), (24), en donde la junta (1, 14, 22) está constituida por una lámina de material de junta blanda, y dicha lámina tiene un patrón de corte directo correspondiente al canal en la placa de canal, caracterizada por que los medios de ubicación (2, 11) se ubican en la junta (1, 14, 22), en la placa de canal (15, 23), en la placa de barrera (16, 24) o combinaciones de las mismas, medios de ubicación que se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en pasadores con cabezal (2), pasadores de montaje, pasadores salientes, pasadores integrados, pasadores de guía, ranuras, orificios, rebajes socavados (11), partes engrosadas en el material de junta, zonas de deformación de junta, en donde los medios de ubicación en la junta (1, 14, 22), en la placa de canal o en la placa de barrera se ajustan en o a los medios de ubicación correspondientes en la junta, en la placa de canal, en la placa de barrera o en combinaciones las mismas dejando una superficie plana junto con la junta entre la placa de canal (15), (23) y la placa de barrera (16), (24) cuando la disposición de ubicación de junta se monta para sellar el canal de la placa de canal (15), (23), y por que el patrón de corte directo (17, 25) en la junta (1, 14, 22) hace posible que el flujo de medios o el flujo de fluidos en el canal (18), (26) de la placa de canal entre en contacto con la placa de barrera (16), (24) y no entre en contacto con las caras planas de la junta y entre en contacto poco o mínimamente con cualquiera de los bordes de juntas.
