Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de un laminado de napa-lámina, en el que el procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: calentar una lámina continua de partida de material polimérico termoplástico, que contiene al menos un componente polimérico de bajo punto de fusión y al menos un componente polimérico de alto punto de fusión, hasta el estado parcialmente fundido, en el que el al menos un componente polimérico de bajo punto de fusión se encuentra en el estado fundido y el al menos un componente polimérico de alto punto de fusión se encuentra en estado no fundido, mediante al menos un rodillo de calentamiento, y enfriar conduciendo la lámina continua parcialmente fundida por una ranura de rodillo enfriada, en el que la lámina continua es estirada entre el al menos un rodillo de calentamiento y la ranura de rodillo enfriada, y en el que están presentes al menos dos rodillos de calentamiento delante de la ranura del rodillo enfriada, los cuales son accionados con distinta velocidad, de modo que la lámina continua es estirada entre el primer y segundo rodillos de calentamiento, y en el que adicionalmente una napa continua es conducida por el segundo rodillo de calentamiento y se conduce junto con la lámina continua por la ranura de rodillo enfriada.
