Abstract

Mezclador (7) para caldera, que comprende un recinto (11, 15) que delimita un conducto central (17) de llegada de aire y un conducto periférico (16) de llegada de gas combustible, dispuesto alrededor del conducto central (17), el conducto central (17) presentando sucesivamente, en el sentido de circulación del aire (F), una zona convergente (12, 19) y una zona divergente (15, 26), el conducto periférico (16) desembocando en el interior del conducto central (17), por medio de una abertura anular (22) dispuesta entre la zona convergente (12, 19) y la zona divergente (15, 26) de modo que el aire que circula en el interior del conducto central (17) provoca una depresión que arrastra, por efecto Venturi, el gas combustible en el interior del conducto central (17), caracterizado por que comprende una pluralidad de aletas (34), que se extienden sensiblemente transversalmente en el conducto central (17), las aletas (34) están instaladas por lo menos por pares, cada par de aletas (34) delimitando un canal (37) de alimentación de gas combustible que se extiende desde la abertura anular (22) hacia el interior del conducto central (17), cada canal (37) presentando una forma global de U, que desemboca en el lado aguas abajo (38) y que está cerrado en el lado aguas arriba (35), en el sentido de la circulación del fluido.
