Abstract

Procedimiento de producción de un material textil compuesto que tiene una estructura laminada, que comprende las etapas de: (a) proporcionar una pluralidad de paneles (11-14) de un primer material textil (1), apto para fabricar una porción sustancialmente plana del material textil compuesto final; (b) unir dichos paneles (11-14) para formar una porción de base del material textil compuesto final; (c) asociar a dicha porción de base al menos una película transpirable (20), diferente de dicho primer material textil (1), que sea permeable al vapor de agua e impermeable al agua, en el que una capa adicional (2) hecha de un segundo material textil se asocia a dicha película transpirable (20), de modo que dicha película transpirable (20) se interponga entre dicha porción de base (1) y dicha capa adicional (2), y en el que dicho primer o segundo (2) material textil tenga una estructura celular (2), que, a su vez, comprende: un soporte reticular (21) para fijarlo al otro (1) de dicho primer o segundo material textil; una porción de material blando (22), apto para permitir el paso de aire; y una superficie de cubierta (23), siendo apta dicha porción de material blando (22) para crear un espacio intermedio (4) entre el otro de dicho primer o segundo material textil (1) y dicha superficie de cubierta (23).
