Abstract

Conformador antropomórfico para ensayos de durabilidad de asientos de vehículos en el proceso de entrada y salida, que comprende: - una estructura interna rígida con: - una placa metálica (3) con una barra metálica (9) y agujeros roscados (8) a lo largo de su perímetro para la fijación de un tejido con el que se recubre el conformador durante el ensayo; - cilindros de acero (2) con cabezas semiesféricas de resina (7), fijados por sus extremos a la placa metálica (3); - un punto de unión (1) para el acoplamiento del conformador a un robot encargado de reproducir repetitivamente un movimiento humano de entrada y salida de un vehículo; - una estructura externa blanda que comprende dos nalgas (5) y una pierna (6) de silicona, fijadas a la estructura interna rígida de forma que los cilindros (2) quedan ubicados en el interior de la silicona.
