Abstract

Pieza receptora para recibir una varilla con el fin de acoplarla a un elemento de anclaje de hueso, incluyendo la pieza receptora un cuerpo de pieza receptora (5) con una parte receptora de varilla (9) con un canal (12) para alojar la varilla, y una parte receptora de cabeza (16) con una superficie exterior que es generalmente cilíndrica y que tiene un diámetro exterior (d1) para acomodar una cabeza (3) del elemento de anclaje de hueso, teniendo la parte receptora de cabeza un extremo abierto (17) y siendo la misma flexible para permitir la introducción e inmovilización de la cabeza, teniendo la parte receptora de cabeza (16) una primera parte de superficie exterior (16a, 16a', 16a'') con un diámetro exterior máximo (d2) mayor que el diámetro exterior (d1) de la parte receptora de cabeza (16), una parte cilíndrica (16b) adyacente al extremo abierto (17) que tiene un diámetro exterior (d3) mayor que el diámetro exterior (d1) de la parte receptora de cabeza (16) y menor que el diámetro exterior (d2) de la primera parte de superficie exterior (16a, 16a', 16a''), y un eje central (C) que se extiende a través del extremo abierto (17); y un anillo de bloqueo (8) que rodea la parte receptora de cabeza (16), teniendo el anillo de bloqueo una primera parte de superficie interior (83, 83', 83'') que se acopla con la primera parte de superficie exterior (16a, 16a', 16a'') en una primera zona de contacto para inmovilizar la cabeza (3) y una primera parte cilíndrica hueca (81), adyacente a un extremo inferior (8b) del anillo de bloqueo (8), con un diámetro interior que es ligeramente más pequeño que el diámetro exterior (d3) de la parte cilíndrica (16b) para un acoplamiento en una conexión por ajuste a presión; en la cual al menos una de las partes de superficie exterior e interior es una parte de superficie cilíndrica (83, 16a'') y la otra o bien una parte de superficie cilíndrica (83'', 16a'') o bien una porción abombada de forma anular (16a, 83'), y pudiendo moverse el anillo de bloqueo (8) hacia el extremo abierto (17) al ejercer una presión sobre el mismo a través de la varilla (6) para inmovilizar la cabeza.
