Abstract

Método, dispositivo y sistema de análisis de calidad alimentaria basado en la medida de espectros de bioimpedancia de una muestra (10), y la comparación de dichos espectros con un modelo de calibración de referencia. La medida del espectro se realiza en un dispositivo de medida (20), conectado inalámbricamente con unos medios de procesado encargados de realizar la comparación. Los medios de procesado son instalables en un dispositivo portátil con capacidad de comunicación con un servidor externo desde el que se pueden descargar y actualizar los modelos de calibración propios de cada tipo de muestra.
