Abstract
Una bacteria atenuada de Pasteurella multocida, que comprende una mutación en un gen representado por una secuencia polinucleotídica que codifica un polipéptido fhaC (i) en la que la secuencia polinucleotídica hibrida con el complemento de la SEC ID N.O: 19 en condiciones restrictivas, comprendiendo tales condiciones un lavado final en tampón que comprende SSC 2X/SDS al 0,1 %, a 35°C hasta 45°C, o (ii) en la que el polipéptido comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos al menos idéntica en un 80 % a la SEC ID NO: 20, en la que la atenuación de la bacteria está causada por dicha mutación.
