Abstract
Proceso para el reciclaje de residuo de papel (1) originado a partir de papel de alta calidad que comprende las etapas de: (a) preparación de la pulpa, en el que los residuos de papel se alimentan en un pulpador (2) con agua con una consistencia entre el 15 y el 20%; (b) dilución con agua reciclada del material pulpado obtenido en (a) hasta una consistencia entre el 5 y el 10%; caracterizado porque también comprende las etapas de: (c) tratamiento enzimático del material pulpado diluido obtenido en (b); (d) adición de una o más sales inorgánicas y una o más colas al material obtenido en el tratamiento (c); (e) dilución con agua del material obtenido en (d) hasta una consistencia entre el 1 y el 3%; (f) filtración del material obtenido en (e) mediante vacío y prensado opcional; (g) secado del material filtrado obtenido en (f); en el que hay una retroalimentación de la suspensión de agua residual después de la filtración en la etapa (f) en los recipientes (3,5) en los que tienen lugar las etapas (b) y (e).

10 Método
Se preparan las muestras a analizar a 23ºC y 50% de humedad relativa. Se pesa y mide el grosor de la muestra. Se sumergen las muestras en agua destilada en una posición vertical durante 24 ± 15 minutos.
15 Se saca la muestra del agua y se cuelga de un rincón, se deja escurrir durante 2 minutos todo el exceso de agua. Finalmente se pesa y se mide el grosor de la muestra.
La absorción de agua relativa se calcula de la siguiente manera:

40 Se ha determinado el aumento/disminución de la longitud que experimenta una muestra cuando cambia la humedad (higroexpansividad). Se expresa en porcentaje. La prueba se lleva a cabo según la norma UNE 57-097-78.
Método
45 Se introducen las muestras en un recipiente a 45 ± 2% de humedad relativa. Cuando se alcance el equilibrio (al menos 12 horas), se miden el grosor, la anchura y la longitud. A continuación se introduce la muestra en un recipiente a 83 ± 2% de humedad relativa y se deja que se alcance el equilibrio de nuevo (12 horas). Por último, se toman las mismas mediciones que antes.
