Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de pisos para el calzado, caracterizado porque, se dispone esencialmente sobre un molde-prensa cuya forma en planta sea la del piso a formar y que tenga su fundo conformado en un relieve adecuado, una plancha de yute de configuración igual a la del molde, pero con la puntera cortada, vertiéndose a continuación en dicho molde un material vulcanizable, obteniéndose por prensado el piso deseado, el cual estará constituido por la unión del yute y el material vulcanizable que formará además la puntera del piso, presentando dicho piso por estampado los relieves determinados en el molde, pudiéndosele a este tipo acoplar bien por vandeleta vulcanizada o por simple cosido escarpín, los bordes laterales constitutivos de la "pala" del calzado.
