Abstract

Materiales cerámicos piezoeléctricos, compuestos de manera esencial de zirconato-titanato de plomo (PZT) con la fórmula Pb2+(Zr4+, Ti4+)O3 2- y la estructura cristalina de la perovskita de la fórmula A2+B4+O3 2-, caracterizados por una sustitución de pares de iones aceptores y donantes parcialmente compensados en valencia B5+ 0,005/Nb5+ 0,002 para la formación de composiciones parcialmente compensadas en valencia del sistema [Pb0,995Sr0,02](B3+ 0,005(Zrx Ti1- x)0,975Nb5+ 0,02]O3, en donde x >= 0,50 a 0,55, de modo que en las composiciones está presente una sustitución acoplada de iones aceptores y donantes heterovalentes en sitios Zr/Ti, en donde B3+ está ocupado con iones Al3+ o Fe3+.
